You already know that good metrics are at the heart of determining best practices.

Now you can leverage the power of Google Analytics to learn more about your donors and their behaviour online.

Your web team is probably already tracking web statistics for your organization’s web sites and event micro-sites. Our latest enhancement allows you to access the same information about visitors to your Artez Solution pages!

By adding the Google Analytics code to your event pages, you can track important metrics like: number of visitors, visitor path, time spent on pages, referring web pages, conversion rate, and more. Your organization’s traffic information will display in an easy-to-use Google Dashboard accessed through the Google Analytics web site .

Know what kind of browsers your donors are using, and where they’re coming from. Optimize your Google adwords by learning more about the visitors to your Artez solution pages!

Artez has pre-defined two points of conversion: “registration” and “donation”. Your organization can chart the number of visitors to your pages vs. these points of conversion, and learn more about how your registrants and donors are interacting with your event.

How do I do it?

Register for a free Google Analytics account for your event or charity (or use the one you currently have): www.google.com/analytics

You will receive an account number that will look like this: UA-XXXXXXX-Y

Set-up inside the Artez Solution

On your event menu choose: Widgets > Google Analytics > Submit your account number

Enable Google Analytics on the Widgets tab
