We’ve amped up the customization options on your event/campaign personal pages in our April release to North America!
When you create an event inside the Artez solution, you can choose between the “basic” (display a single registrant image on personal and team pages) or the “interactive” media option.
The “interactive” Media Player is a great way to provide design flexibility for those registrants who love to share images, messages and videos with their sponsors.
Your organization can upload 3 default videos from Youtube and/or 3 default images each for the Individual and Team media players.
An easy-to-use flash player allows viewers to click through the items and check out all your content.
Your event registrants can also upload their own videos and/or images, and display their own personal messages.
With the new Media Player, your registrants can use common HTML tags in their personal messages. Now your most creative event participants can link to their web sites or blogs from their personal pages.
Enable the “interactive” Media Player for your new event/campaigns by choosing the new “media” category on the left menu inside your event.
Individual pages and team pages can each have their own libraries of 3 images and 3 videos.
You can also edit the fields, titles and descriptive content on your Media Player under the new content page at:
Content > Other > Media Player - Choose the media player item you want to edit from the drop-down menu.
